MAHUCO ENERGY LTD carries out project management in all project phases, including design, procurement construction, operation and maintenance. The project team consists of project manager and expert engineers with extensive experience, all of whom are fully devoted to satisfy each project requirements vis-à-vis economic efficiency, quality & reliability, safety, higher operability/maintainability and consideration to the environment. 

Our project teams are equipped with modern technical control and coordination devices enabling them to join the activities of the field offices and other departments of the company located in the Head Office. 

MAHUCO ENERGY LTD supports various project implementations by using PM systems & software like Primavera to manage various resources including human resources, materials/equipment, financial resources, drawings and specifications, and time during the implementation of the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. 

MAHUCO ENERGY LTD Project Management structure provides our clients with highly cost effective construction projects based on control and management of completion processes, procurement, construction, installation, compliance with the HSE requirements and other goals to be achieved in the course of the project completion. With our project management approach we meet one of the key targets, i.e. compliance with the Project Key Dates while performing certain activities on a fast track schedule in parallel, e.g. detailed design and construction. In such a way we achieve considerable optimization of a project schedule.
